Our 900 sq ft panel manufacturing facility located on site with our engineering office can manufacture and test control panels for a variety of applications, from junction boxes to control suites.

Skilled wireman and test technicians manufacture and test all control panels whether designed in-house or as ‘build only’ to your designs.

Whether a single panel or ‘production line’ multiple panels, our facilities are efficient and offer quality of workmanship. All panel manufacture is rigorously tested and the test results recorded and delivered along with the panel.

Our dedicated test area provides a comfortable environment for Factory Acceptance Testing. For control systems, Nova Controls has dedicated hardwired simulators that replicate many field instruments and devices to allow a thorough simulation test of both hardware and software prior to delivery to site and clients are always welcome to visit the premises during manufacture and testing.
