When everyone’s asleep at night, something should be keeping watch. There are no shortcuts with safety. EIB instabus has numerous functions, which allows the protection of your family and home. During times of absence or when the household is asleep, the movement detector with watchdog function; integrated in the EIB instabus can switch lighting and trigger alarm status.

• Open windows, doors and gates are identified on leaving the house or before going to bed.
• A movement detector integrated into the instabus takes on the safety function at night.
• When a panic switch is triggered, an emergency phone call is signalled and forwarded
• A lived in house can be simulated with lighting, shutters and other functions can be timed controlled.
• Alarm control can be switched on and other equipment i.e. telephone, stereo can be switched off when the door is locked.
• Optoelectronic smoke detectors warn you in ample time if a certain concentration of smoke is in the air.
