CCTV

Two cameras are placed (one at the front and one at the back of the house) to allow you to view your property on any TV in the house. If needed you can choose that the cameras be set to come on screen if a movement is detected outside, without you even having to change channels.

Gate & Garage Door Opening

Automatic gates open as you approach (consult Nova for gate styles & finishes). If you want, the driveway lights can be set to come on at the same time as the gate opens and the garage door set to open automatically. The motorised garage door opener is controlled from the house or from a key-fob and can be programmed to turn on external welcoming lights if it is dark outside. Coming home has never been so welcoming.

Leak Detector

A leak detector in the utility room is programmed to set off an alarm. If the “Dial-up” module is installed this may be programmed to dial-out to warn you of the leak.

Electronically Operated Locks

An electrically operated deadbolt lock can be added either on it’s own or as part of the “central locking” profile. Each lock can be opened by a standard key, a button in the hall, or a keycode entered on a keypad outside. The locks are secure by design and always leave you “safe as houses”.

Voice Activated

Voice activation is the ultimate in convenience. Just lie back, relax and control your house by speaking commands. One kit allows for control in two rooms of the house with up to 60 words recognised. It’s amazing what you can do.

Video Entry System

Be sure of visitors to your home before answering the door with a video entry system, which gives you the opportunity to see and talk to
